kkbd1 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kkbd1 platform and the user ("you" or "member"). By using the kkbd1 website (kkbd1.cam) and all services connected to it, you will automatically be considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the kkbd1 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.5 Suspension of Transactions on Suspicion of Fraud

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, related to money laundering, or otherwise suspicious, kkbd1 reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kkbd1 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳10,000, you will receive ৳12,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus. Not all games may contribute equally toward fulfilling the wagering requirement — please contact support to learn the contribution rate for specific games.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time; a new bonus cannot be activated while another is active.
• Bonuses are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for cash.
• If any unusual betting pattern is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
• kkbd1 reserves the right to change bonus terms or withdraw a bonus at any time.

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All games available on kkbd1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and unpredictable. This is a core foundation of fair play.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.

6.3 Special Conditions for Live Casino

In live dealer games, if the internet connection is lost, any bet already accepted by the dealer will be processed and the result will be considered valid.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or the result remains undetermined, the wagered amount will be refunded. Live betting markets close within a set time and any bet accepted after that deadline will be considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kkbd1, and if any such activity is proven beyond doubt, the account will be permanently closed:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Operating games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack another member's account.
• Attempting to intrude into kkbd1's systems or bypass security measures.
• Harassing other members or staff.
• Registering an account with false information.
• Betting with third-party funds or on behalf of a third party.

8.1 Closure by kkbd1

kkbd1 may immediately suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Operating an account from a restricted region.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the kkbd1 support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed. The account closure process will be completed once verification is done and there are no unresolved matters.

8.3 Permanent Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may request to permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Once this request is activated, it may not be possible to reverse it before the specified period ends.

The kkbd1 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. kkbd1 accepts no liability in the following situations:

kkbd1's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the total amount of the transaction in question. Funds lost in gaming never fall under kkbd1's responsibility, as game outcomes are entirely independent and random.
